USA Nationals: Cerritos College

Cost: $275 (includes registration and 5 meets)
Cross Country
August-November
Cost: $300 (includes registration, uniform, 7 meets)
Indoor Track
December-February
Cost $300 (includes registration, uniform, 3 meets)
Training
As with any sport, extensive training goes into all of these, as they each test an athlete’s talent, strength and endurance.
Competition
Track and field sports encompass events that involve running, jumping and throwing as the main abilities that are being developed.
